Get the most out of your exhibition stand from the very beginning!

When selecting a new design for your companies exhibition stand you should make sure you get the most out of the process.

If you need a new design that's what a designer is there for but don't make the job of selecting a design too difficult. Get the best from the companies you select to work with by:

Selecting three or four companies by looking at the web sites of stand contractors and deciding which ones seem to offer the most to you. Any more than three or four designs can make the final selection even more difficult, in fact most serious design companies will not spend the £500 -£1000 it costs to pitch if they know that more than four companies are presenting ideas.

Send the brief in advance to the contractors but always have a face to face meeting before the design process starts.

Allow the designers to present the designs in person where possible.

These meetings will not only allow you to review the designs but to decide if you think you can work with the company and the people you have met.
